Bud battle in Europe continue

The EU Court has overruled part of a preceding verdict issued in the dispute between Budejovický Budvar and American Anheuser-Busch concerning registration of the Bud brand. The original verdict did not allow the American brewery to register the brand for beer throughout the EU. According to the new ruling the court of first instance made several errors in its investigation due to which the entire dispute is at its beginning again.
